Being a dentist make a lot more stress than you do more complex procedures, to manage the office and staff, etc. The life of a hygienist is relatively stress free. I was recently laid off from a job I loved and now I am having a very difficult time finding another job HDR gives me enough hours to pay my bills. Good luck to you!
