Teeth Whitening System

The options are many teeth whitening. I tried several limited results. I'm looking to hear from someone who has found any really effective teeth whitening system they called home, or go to a dentist and had another procedure that will hopefully not too expensive.

I got my teeth whitening it is a moment in dentists. They cover teeth with a whitening gel, peroxide, its inside, and then shine a bright light on them. It works, but its very expensive, cost me about 500 pounds, so I thought it was very painful, it gave me such feelings as those you get when you eat something cold and then take a drink something hot, or vice versa, if thats apparently very unusual!
