Sonicare A4100

I have a Sonicare electric toothbrush (model A4100). I can not head toothbrush with replaceable. Is there some way you're supposed to delete?? I just caught him and pulled as hard as I could (and I tried to remove my mother ... and his does not come out)! Am I doing something wrong? Is there a specific way to remove the brush?? Thank you!

You just need to be able to pull gently on the head it will come off. If not, try to rinse it good - you might have an accumulation of toothpaste from the brush head and the base of the brush.
