When i put in I know that the company knew that my package had not left the company until December 2 and I was charged 4 days later received a confirmation before delivery .. Talk to your credit card issuer about it, maybe they can help you.

If you charged to a credit card then call your credit card company. They will stop the charge and go after the company for you.
