Sensitive Teeth

My teeth are very sensitive and its difficult for me to even drink cold water! any tips or advice to help my teeth or help would be super sensitive teeth:)

Well, you could miss Sensodyne toothpaste. If this does not work, try Crest sensitivity. If this does not work, go to your dentist and see if you have gum recession and exposure of roots. There are treatments such as fluoride varnish, Hema, duraphat, just to name a few.

You can also ask your dentist MI Paste. This is a new toothpaste that you can get from your dentist. It actually rebuilds enamel. This is not for all those who are lactose intolerant well.

I had the same problem and the dentist recommended Crest toothpaste sensitvity. I was skeptical, but soon was surprised that it worked. it does not work for now, but you must use it for several weeks to notice any difference. My husband uses Sensodyne because he prefers the taste, but also says it works for him.

I have no idea, I have the same problem.
