Rembrandt White

Because my teeth are naturally yellow (not yellow) I think I would get whiter teeth if used two white stripes and Rembrandt Crest White Strips (premium)

But would it be safe if I use peaks first day (not twice, as recommended) to avoid sensitivity, then start a box of Rembrandt one day after I finished Crest? Or a few days inbetween?
