Rembrandt Canker Sore Toothpaste

I get severe canker sores, so I use Rembrandt toothpaste canker sores, as it does not produce SLS but I do not think it cleans your teeth well enough, but the whole mouth wash, I used in the past the worse. I was wondering if ProHealth mouthwash crest (without alcohol) would have anything that would aggravate what is it?

Swish with warm salt water, which soothes ulcers and help heal

This is actually the best choice. Alcohol is causing the problem, it should work fine. ProHealth Toothpaste also works well.
