We thought it might be a rock that the turtle was jumping and climbing. They Arnt bleeding or whatever they are like the round ends. None of the scales "on the bottom are falling or something like that and the type of lesions in the tooth in a little bit. The turtle is a red slider-earred, and about 4 years. if the bumps are just flat and, as in the shell, then I do not worry too much, but just in case take it to the nearest vet just to make sure It is an infection and should be treated. Well, my turtle died of this cause I left it untreated. go to your local pet store and talk to them ... they must have something called a dive sulfa "follow the package directions for how long and what size bucket to do so (I forget) and it should begin to improve after a year treaments .
