Pyrea Gum DiseasePosted on March 10, 2010.  Pyrea and I need help with the pain? I have serious gum disease Pyrea and I already lost my teeth ... I am unable to get the dentist because I have no insurance at the time and do not have the money to pay cash ... Is there something I can do to help with the swelling of my gums and pain that comes with it until I can get into the dentist and I know I'll lose all my teeth what are the chances to obtain prostheses and what kind do I get .. . I lost 3 front teeth on the bottom and I have a fourth is really loose and there are some that are just bulk Unfortunately, there is probably not much more to do other than Tylenol or Advil for pain. Try warm salt water rinses, brushing, flossing and keep things as clean as possible. Commentspriscilla says... Hello, my boy friend have pyrea gum disease badly. However, when I first met him he had his front teeths remove due to black color forming on his teeths and rotten. Also, I need to know does this affects me sleeping in the same bed. At times I become drowsy from the loud smell(very strong) and become weak. Why? Also, I had to stop sleeping with him because I was afraid of other matters and concerns with my health.
