So I have a tube of tooth whitening system Poladay .. I do not have a tray of money .. how can I use to make my teeth whiter without a tray bleaching? Could I take a mouth guard and use it like a tray? What are my options without having to go to the dentist or without the use of a bleaching tray .. Is this possible and if so how?
