Orajel TeethingPosted on April 16, 2010. Should I use the Baby Orajel teething baby? My daughter is almost 4 months and I do not even know she was teething. She was drooling a lot and chewing on everything because it was a month. She was never difficult and I did not think she was teething. Use it only if it is super picky .... Orajel and you too can lose its effectiveness and may actually make other analgesics, such as those you get when you get a cavity filled, ineffective later in life. Try alternate Orajel and Tylenol when she is really in pain, the rest of the time, give teethers, particularly frozen. Use only the angelsics when they are ineffective. Only in despair. I only used a few times when the pain is really bad. What I use most is teething tablets, Tylenol and a frozen teething ring. It usually does the trick. My biggest reason for not using it is that it actually makes the gums more difficult, which makes it harder for the teeth to cut through and put the baby in more pain in the long term. Dr.s say it can also numb the throat and then they can choke but I'm sure you do not put your baby away. But I used it when my LO is super cranky pain. If your child has already cut his teeth then I would just use a teething ring from the freezer, she likes to chew on it and try his new tooth) if it does not bother ..... No, do not use it. absolutely .. works =] or you must get her a teething ring and put it in the freezer and let it bite feels really good for babies most of the time =] yes, you should! well. My mother used to put on my little sister when she started teething. It helps a lot. :] CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment | Popular My Friends |
