Opalescence Teeth

I need to bleach but I do not have my trays correctly right now, is it okay to make a sheet tray and place the gel in one of the night?

In fact, I do not really agree with that. My reason is, we do not know if there is a possible reaction between the whitening gel and an aluminum tray that can be corrosive and dissolve the sheet. You can get poisoned by the particles of the sheet. The other reason is it a guarantee that the paper is intact with teeth while you sleep. There is a risk to deattachment sheet that you are exposed to risk of ingestion or leaf and the whitening gel that itself may contain a corrosive agent for digestive tract epithelial surface.

I think it's a horrible idea.

Aluminium + peroxide =????
