What are natural remedies to treat herpes infections? Herbs, suppliments, changes in lifestyle. Include simple, effective and cheap medicines.
The How to Herb Book (page 210) says:
* Black Walnut Extract, apply to the area
* Aloe Vera Gel, applied to the area. Drink juice.
* Lysine.
* Extract from comfrey. Prick bulbs and apply to the area several times a day.
I use this book (and other sources written / online) to treat all families of my illness. The remedies are simple, and generally have products in your kitchen (or they are easy to obtain). Make sure you get Aloe Vera gel that you get the pure kind, not the kind you buy from Walmart to put on a sunburn. It has additives in it.
