Kingfisher Toothpaste

I used toothpaste natural Kingfisher 2-3 months. However, I am not sure if it is to have the same effect as major brand, like Colgate toothpaste, etc. Can someone enlighten us if natural toothpastes are equally effective?

Most natural toothpastes do not contain fluoride, which is extremely beneficial to the overall health of your teeth. Fluoride keeps the hard enamel and prevents cavities.
The brand of toothpaste is not really important, provided that the contents thereof.
