Ketone Breath

I had a digestive problem and has provided food high in starch, like pasta, bread, white rice, potatoes, etc. I feel fantastic! I still eat other non-starchy vegies, fruit, etc., but has greatly increased my protein and I wonder if I'll get ketone breath. How can I avoid this?

I heard Keatosis; its some kind of diabetes?

But I've never heard of ketone breath. Hmm ... interesting. I'll find out.
