Hydrogen Peroxide Oral Rinse

Hydrogen Peroxide Oral Rinsewater or hydrogen peroxide Salt for use in oral care?

I woke up yesterday morning with the roof of my mouth swollen and my gums swollen around my teeth. I went to bed the night before with my freshly painted and beautiful mouth. So I have no idea why this happened. You want to know if using a salt water solution, or a hydrogen peroxide solution is preferable to clarify this point. I know that the bottle of peroxide says it can be used for a mouthwash.

Advice greatly appreciated, Thanks.

peroxide.

You can also use it to whiten your teeth, rinse your mouth for 10 minutes every day, three times a day

Both options would kill the bacteria ... Both are sure to gargle with, but (I'm sure you know) they are not safe to ingest. : 0) I would personally with salt water because the hydrogen peroxide foam in the mouth and leave a bad taste with salt water. Listerine mouthwash is another excellent product to kill oral bacteria and it will leave your breath fresh. : 0)

Ah, bet you do not floss! I would go with the peroxide, salt works primarily on pain.
