Herpes On Your Tongue

I recently found bumps on the back of my tongue and a sort of brownish substance on my tongue. I think this could be oral herpes. (Im not sure). Would it spread to my partner's genitals or not an impact? I have not had cold sores and I'm not sure?

It is not herpes, it is the taste buds. They are great at the back of your tongue (look at the language of a friend and see) Herpes wounds and burns and leaves (the bumps will not).

If you have oral herpes - it would be extremely painful. If she does not care - probably something else ... but yes, the herpes can spread throughout the body in fact - even on your fingers! and you can give someone genital herpes if you go over them with a cold sore

First, get tested and diagnosed by a doctor of oral herpes. It could be just bumps, bacterial infection, or fungus infected buds.
Cold sores usually occur on the side of the mouth and are caused by the herpes virus.
Oral herpes usually occur within the mouth or tongue, but this can happen.
If it is oral herpes, then it can spread to your partners genitals when they are given oral sex, then there is a sore or blisters.
If this is not oral herpes, you may not be able to disseminate it to your partner's genitals. Just to be sure, no period sex until you can get these bumps treated.
