If they have herpes around their mouths, and have sex, will they still spread to another person if they do not kiss?

Well, first of herpes of the mouth is not the same as are genital herpes, and 80% of the population and 90% that's going to get before I die, no big deal, even children have this kind they have got a kiss from his grandmother.
