Genital Sores

Ill start by saying Ive never had sex.
thts got this red wound and a little big.
but it doesn't itch. it just hurts if I bleed with it.
ive had it for perhaps once or twice.
then they disappear after a few days or a day or two.
And I do not get very often.
I was wondering if you could still get genital lesions, even though I havent had sex or sexual contact?
And if there are any home remedies I can do to help?

As a nurse, I really recommend talking to your doctor, they are able to diagnose and help treat it properly. It can be anything. Good luck and take care of you.

Yeah, the trick is that you should pour vinegar into the vagina. Happens all the time.
