Fluoride Toothpaste

I use Tom's of Maine toothpaste after natural fluoride treatments and I was wondering if you use a fluoride mouthwash, such as ACT, is more effective streghtening your teeth and prevent decay of fluoride toothpaste. Should I stay with my toothpaste, mouthwash go with or stay away from fluoride all together?

Use both. You can never have too much fluoride topical (u dont swallow fluoride).
