Fix Receding Gums

My braces and my first gum lines are back in decline. My mother says that you can see more of my gums and my teeth. I already know how to brush gently and massaging the gums lightly. I also want to know how long does it take until the gums are almost or completely repaired?

I do not think theres anything u can do it yourself, but try not to touch your gums and let them go to the dentist, it would be possible to do something to avoid brushing their gums so for a while and see if there is no better and try gagaling salt water to prevent infection .. Just go to the dentist before it gets any worse .. hope that helps ..
