Fill the pain? Yesterday I had a cavity filled ... and now it hurts worse than before. I ate Taco Bell and the food it touches and felt more pain than I have ever felt. It never hurt before ... I do not even know I had a cavity. How long will this last sensitivity for everything?
Was it a white fill or money? Was the deep cavity?
Is it sensitive to hot, exciting, and feel more than other teeth?
Sometimes you have some sensitivity for a few days after a complete blank. You can have it filled with too much money but it is more common with the white.
If it was a deep cavity could be one or two things ... deep cavities that are close to the nerve can cause sensitivity for several days, but must remain in place. A deep cavity can also damage the nerves causing his death and when that happens, you end up with an abscess (infection). If hot, sensitive, throbbing or feels higher than the other teeth may be the problem.
You should contact your dentist this morning and let them know what is happening. They may want to see you. Meanwhile, ibuprofen, like Advil should help relieve some pain and discomfort.
When you fill a cavity, it should not hurt. You should see your dentist and eating soft foods
When the practitioner determines. It should only take a few more hours for the pain and sensation.
Maybe he / she didn't fix it properly.
