Emergency Dental

I have not a tooth in the mouth that are not badly damaged. I worked as a laborer for most of my life and have not had time or enough money to see a dentist. It has now reached the point where it is unbearable to brush. 50% of my teeth are now gum level. The question is, with free emergency dental care exist?
