On average, how often did your dentist every year?
And how much does it cost?
Just wondering. To check if I'm not getting scammed. Lol.

I visit 2 times per year. Cost for dental care varies depending on the condition and location. I am in SLC Utah (whose cost is generally lower than other states.) I am paying $ 69 for my cleaning, $ 43 for my exam, $ 45 for bitewing X-rays and $ 80 when I get all the panoramic radiograph 3 years.

If someone has periodontal disease, they should go to the dentist every 3 months (4x/year.) For 2 visits you need is a periodontal maintenance (assuming you've already scaling ), which is $ 98. The bitewings $ 45 $ 43 and the examination twice a year. The panoramic radiograph of $ 80 once every three years.

People have different needs and treatment is based on those needs. If the treatment is different from the cost would be different too.
