Dental Implants Cases

My boyfriend has very bad teeth because of not taking care of them as a child. He says he has always been to embarrassed to go to the dentist, but she agreed to let me help. I think his teeth are far from poor to save anyway im guessing they will have to be removed. As he is only 22 he does not want dentures, although this may be the case. I was looking dental implants and I was wondering if someone can have a full set of implants? So what is the price? And finally, if possible can you get this kind of treatment on fiance Norwich (United Kingdom)

The approximate cost per implant is £ 1500 - £ 2000. Having all the implants will be a very expensive work.
There is an alternative prosthetic implant is only a few small implants are fitted into the bone, then a fixed prosthesis to that, meaning you do not need to implant every night, you can clean as usual, no worries of dentures fall etc but can be very expensive and can be completed by specialists.
