What is the best dental hygiene College in Toronto, Canada? What are the entry requirements? I am not sure of all the colleges in the Toronto area, but I wanted to say GOOD LUCK! I have one year left of school hygiene, and is the best choice I ever made in my life. The career is so rewarding, and I love every part of the work I do!
Edit: The requirements for the dental hygiene program at my school included a B or better in Chemistry I and II of chemistry. Personally, I loved the class Chem. It was not really bad soo, although I was much better Chem Chem II. As long as you stay with your work, it should not be too much for you. The math requirement was a passing grade in Algebra II.
Everything you need to bring with you to school health will be discussed once your in the program. So no panic if you do not keep much of your Chem class or algebra. What you need to have disappeared during the class anyway.
Once in the hygiene program, we are obliged to take a 74 or above average in all classes. If we get a lower grade than that, we risk having to repeat the entire semester, or be excluded from the program.
