Dental Floss HolderI Love Dental Floss - Dental Floss love and why you should too!

Every time I go to see the dentist for the annual cleaning, I heard the same thing. "You only need to floss the ones you want to keep" I think that is the joke of the industry and everyone uses it. Yet there is something very important in the statement. You see, I'm the guy who simply likes to floss. In the car, at home watching television, and of course every evening after a good brushing and thorough.

If you're not in love with dental floss, then you probably do not realize not only how important it is for a good oral hygiene, but also how it makes your teeth feel. Consider teeth like boxes stacked against each other. Both sides now show that the two sides against each other. Now, imagine how much a toothbrush can clean both sides of your teeth that are against each other. Not much, no?

Brushing alone is not sufficient to reach the plate from the inside surface of the teeth. Interdental spaces or areas between teeth and below the gumline are two spots where the toothbrush can not reach just and old food particles stuck, becomes a perfect environment for the growth plate. These are places where the cavities are also likely to grow. Once plaque hardens it is removed at that regular visits to the dentist, I mentioned above. Daily flossing However, cleans the faceplate completely hardens, keeping your teeth looking better and healthier, and removing a major cause of bad breath.

Drumroll please ...... Then Enter the floss and the act of flossing. Flossing just seems like a thread, usually inorganic materials such as nylon. Flossing between a variety of shapes and sizes, including waxed, unwaxed, flat, round and textured, with baking soda, fluoride and even his own door and flossing. These items can be found in drugstores, groceries or medical supply stores.

Thus, when the floss, know that you love. My favorite is the mint waxed. Boy, you can not beat the ease of use and mint flavor. Anyway .... Flossing is on a roll in a plastic container. Remove a couple of feet of silk. Hey, it's cheap and it makes the job much easier.

Then, the wind around one end of your index finger a few times. The trick here is to wrap it around enough that you can pull the long end and it will not slide your finger. Then enter the long end, wrap it once or twice around your index fingers, leaving about another 1-2 inches of wire between two fingers and prepare for a wonderful experience.

Just open your mouth, put a finger on the piece 1-2 inches of floss between two teeth and push. When in its infancy, the use of teeth as you're comfortable reach. Now, once the wire between your teeth, use a small brush and pull against one tooth and move up and down between the teeth and do the tooth surface to another.

Finally pull the floss from between the two teeth. You should feel a little tug and a wink that the wire is released from between two teeth. Sometimes with a good construction of the plate, snap out of small pieces of goo as white. It's a good thing.

Next, wrap another two inches of floss around your index, enter the long end with another inch or two to clean dental floss and you're ready for the next teeth. Repeat with the other two teeth until you go around and clean between all these elements. Personally, I can make several teeth before I need to "refresh" my thread. Flossing leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean, without having to refresh the breath artificial.

If done well, with teeth and gums, flossing will not by itself the cause of your mouth or gums bleed. Bleeding can occur but if you accidentally push the wire into your gums hard. .
