You may be able to use Invisalign, but not if your teeth need to be moved a lot, they can not move the teeth facing up or down. You could be a candidate for veneers, which is porcelain teeth they have to surpass to face, which is very popular in Hollywood. Really your only option could end up being braces, your orthodontist can tell you want your options.
surgery is for jaw problems, and not crooked teeth. not to seek medical advice on Yahoo
The surgical orthodontic
If the jaw bone are poorly positioned, jaw surgery (orthognathic or surgery) may be necessary to move in the right position so your teeth do not bite well together. Usually, this involves a short hospital stay.
This type of treatment is usually reserved for adults who have severe malocclusion causing problems with speech, difficulty eating or psychological trauma. Ask your orthodontist if you want more information about orthognathic surgery.
