Chloraseptic Mouthwash

I have seen an acupuncturist for something recently, and one of the things he gave me was this bottle of powder Ultragreen 'is like dehydrated vegetables powder, it smells horrible and taste worse, such as algae concentrate. Water, juice, forget it. I even tried to take a teaspoon and paste it into my throat, but when a little touched my tongue I vomited.

I just used chloraseptic my tongue and mouth washes, blended with black currants very hard and managed to drink a little, but I need a better way.

Should I use mouthwash? What kind? I just used the last of my mouthwash so I'll have to get another one. The one I used was citrus Listerine I think. Suggestions?

Any drinks or foods that crush you to taste (not bad taste themselves, and not interfere with the effects of gunpowder? I thought really soft ice cream, or even really lol hot pepper sauce but I'm not sure, all ideas are appreciated!

I wonder the same thing when I eat at my lover. I'm not really sure there is something that numbs your taste buds well.
