Children's Toothbrush HoldersHow to take care of my teeth and my toothbrush

They know or should do, it is very important to take care of your teeth, but why should we take care of our toothbrush?

Your toothbrush should be cleaned and stored correctly otherwise it will have a negative effect on teeth cleaning routine. A neglected tooth brush teeth can cause more harm than good if the bacteria that can grow on it builds up, no matter how often you brush your teeth.

When you are finished you brush teeth, wash and rinse under tap water, is to make sure to remove bacteria, food that could of been stuck in-between teeth and toothpaste remaining. What you should do every time, whether two or three times a day.

Store your toothbrush in an upright position, some people may have a toothbrush holder or the Pacific, you can use a cup or beaker used as a holder. Your toothbrush should dry naturally, so it must be kept in a well ventilated area. You should not cover more until it is dry, if it is covered with more dry before the bacteria can develop because of residual moisture on the toothbrush.

Connected to the toothbrush storage, so make sure your brush is shared with others, they do not touch and kept in separate compartments. This will be the eradication of contamination of each other's toothbrushes so that teeth and gums healthy for the whole family.

The positives to take care of your toothbrush are that you protect against the bacteria accumulate, the brush head itself is in better shape, so it will clean the teeth more effectively than say and old toothbrushes without care, and it will last longer. If you do not mind your toothbrush, it could not last for a few weeks, while a well maintained toilet and brush easily last up to three months is the recommended time and then replace it.

You need to regularly check your toothbrush, if you notice the bristles are worn should be replaced as soon as possible if you have had no less than three months or not. Toothbrushes with worn fabrics are more prone to germs and bacteria buildup.
If you are heavy or rough brushing, hair wear out much faster compared to someone who takes the time to brush your teeth there, it can also be said for children who may have an uneven brushing technique.

In summary buy the right kind of toothbrush suits you, hard or soft-bristled care of it by cleaning, rinsing and proper storage, inspecting damage hair and then replace it. I know that replacing toothbrushes costs money, although relatively inexpensive, but if you think in comparison to what it cost to go to dentists to have dental work or cleaning teeth, I think that toothbrushes are a worthwhile investment.
