Cayenne Pepper GargleCan pepper spray, using a cold?

Feeling stuffed and a bit snobbish in this cold winter? You might wonder if the cayenne pepper can help with your cold. Well, it certainly will not completely get rid of this cold for you. Only time really does, but the pepper spray can help alleviate some of the discomfort caused by congestion and your pet to the head. It is also very helpful with sore throats too.

The best way to use pepper spray during a cold is to have the foods you eat. A dinner spiced with cayenne pepper should help clear the sinuses with a couple of good shots in some tissues. I would like to add cayenne pepper for a little Spanish rice while I'm cooking.

Some people also like to use cayenne as a tea, especially as it makes a great natural remedy sore throat. The capsaicin in cayenne pepper acts as an analgesic (pain reliever) and alleviates some of the inflammation.

To help you with your sore throat, just dissolve a bit of cayenne pepper in boiling water and once it cools enough to drink, drink it slowly. It can help break some of that chest congestion, just be careful not to overdo it. A teaspoon of cayenne pepper in your tea is great. You can use even less if you're not used to this kind of spicy heat. 1/8th of a teaspoon can be many things to most people. Just experiment with the amount to see what works best for you.

Instead of just drinking the tea of cayenne pepper, you can also try to use as a gargle. Do not use boiling water. Just add some cayenne to hot water, then gargle with a few times a day until your sore throat goes away.

Here's another option. Try adding a little cayenne pepper to the chicken noodle soup. Food is one of many favorite comfort when they have the flu or a cold and adding a little cayenne pepper to the soup can of chicken noodle magic just a little more efficient. Cayenne pepper can help relieve some of the mucus and help soothe a sore throat. More spice makes the soup even more flavorful, too. In addition, it must be said, the taste of cayenne delicious hot chocolate.

In addition to its analgesic properties and remove the mucus, cayenne pepper also contains plenty of vitamin C, some health professionals feel may help relieve cold symptoms earlier. Vitamin C is also a great immune-booster.
