Canker Sores Vitamin Treatment

I tried almost everything to get them to stop. I do not use toothpaste with SLS, I avoid hard crunchy foods, spicy foods, I take multi-vitamins every day. I always make them like a madman. I tried to find some info online about the treatment and ran across this disease - the disease of Sutton. Does anyone have or know someone who has? What are the warning signs?
