Bulk Toothbrushes

We have a ton of leftover candy to a party, we had not so long ago, so I thought that we will make little goodie bags for the treatment of Tricker if we get rid of more. But I thought it would be nice if somebody stuck a toothbrush in each and wrapped them sorta look like candy apples or something .. toothbrush is the key .. but of course, do we need individually wrapped toothbrushes. I have not really been able to find. Ideas? plan as a fallback I could use a pencil or something .. but I like the idea tooth brush better if we can find somewhere cheap-ish
