At my last dentist appointment, the dentist told me that I have some minor gum recession and abrasion of enamel brush my teeth too hard. I tried very hard to brush very gently and everything, but gingival recession does not seem to be improving. Does anyone else have this problem, and is all that you have that helped? I used to always get the medium or hard brush because I thought they were my own teeth and I had the same problem. Package toothbrush with soft bristles will tell. Also make sure you floss every day. Use a toothbrush with soft bristles or do not brush too long if you tend to brush hard. My dentist recommended the Sonicare FlexCare / UV sanitizer. It's quite expensive if I have not bought one yet.
