Brushing your teeth? This may sound weird, but I have a compulsion to brush my teeth immediately after eating, to prevent cavities. Dentists say it's good, but it interrupts the flow of many social activities. I want to be like everyone else and just brush 2 or 3 times a day at the same time each day. Mostly I feel compelled to brush teeth after a starchy or sugary snack. Again, this should be good. But I have such anxiety, because I can be at the mall and can not brush right away or having dinner with friends and family and do not want to immediately run to brush my teeth after being finish eating. However, concern is growing up I do. I know he is an obsessive-compulsive, but I would like to hear preferably dentist what would be reasonable about how common after eating should I brush my teeth to keep them in good state to prevent caries or for worse. If you're not a dentist and have good suggestions, please reply. I know there is a balance here.
Try .. not brushing. Whats going to happen? You'll have a heart attack?
