Blister Inside Lip

I have had this blister on the inside of my lower lip for less than a month. At worst, it became big and white. But shortly after he went down and I thought it was gone. But I have recently discovered that it is mostly red is not a tiny bit of white on top. I'm really worried that he will never go away.
