Bleaching Trays

I bleach and bleaching trays from the dentist ... it costs about $ 300 ... but everyone knows fast stain teeth .... I was curious ... im from bleach, so I was wondering if to make a paste of baking soda and peroxide and put it in the bowl and leave for approximately 1 hour ... from time to time would be ok ?.... Is it just the same as bleach .... just to keep stains from my teeth ....

This is not really bleach, most likely a percentage of peroxide carbomide. Peroxide real irritate the gums, I would not.
