Long ago in the southern lands of the mythical America, the authorities told black people they had to use the "colored" toilets - not the "white" people. It was thought at the time that "mixing of races" would lead to rape, diseases or other unfortunate circumstances. A public toilet in each common area of a building has been provided for black men, black women, white men and white women dumb enough, do not you think?

There are four "water closets" available, two each for each sex, who would certainly have the availability of toilet a little easier. But it has also undermined the dignity of America's deep South, which has blocked the movement of the lack of human rights just to promote greater civil rights, and possibly to demonstrate independent of human life. After all, the country was America, and being a democracy, it could not long hold such hostile acts of racial segregation - or discrimination against the physically disabled, challenged, or disabled.

Arguably the 1950s and 60s were a time of incredible transition when it comes to all the legal rights of American citizens. Disabled people need more space, solid grab bars to help transfer and large signs outside the gates with blue and white logos wheelchair access.

And it was enough to be one of those booths available by toilets, no toilets for the disabled and handicapped. Although it was initially proposed, it was not put into practice. The racial segregation that had occurred years before caused people to rethink the segregation of disabled toilets and disabled access.

It was really only matters of universal wheelchair access and universal integration of persons with disabilities with the mainstream valid in buildings, public housing and housing were needed transitions.
