To fight against bad breath, try keeping a sugar-free chewing gum with you, and keep drinking plenty of water. By gum, saliva production, you increase. Another way is to eat food so that refresh your breath. Several times, the meal that you order at the restaurant has a small sprig of parsley to decorate the plate. While it helps to add decoration to the plate lunch, it can also be eaten after meals to improve digestion and help prevent bad breath after eating. Parsley leaves a refreshing taste in your mouth, do not just throw it away after you're done, you enter, but a little chew to freshen your breath.

Alternatively, you can go for oral hygiene products available at your local market or pharmacy. When choosing the right product for you, go for those who will really help kill the bacteria responsible for bad breath that's in your mouth and tongue. This is because many products do not work well because they are primarily designed to just cover up problems breathing, and only works for a short period without actually killing the bacteria. To do this, you might consider using a mouthwash containing zinc chloride, or other products recommended by your dentist.

Another option is to try hydrogen peroxide, which reduces bacteria by adding oxygen to the environment where it grows in the mouth. Even whistling your mouth with water can help because it dislodge food particles that are stuck in the gums and teeth. If you leave bacteria in the mouth, they will increase and result in the worst breath.

As you can see, there are many causes and remedies for bad breath. The key for you is to apply these tips diligently bad breath in your life to live a real improvement in your state of breath.
