Sometimes I think it would be if they were (only because I have herpes). I do not know if everyone would be usin it, however. Some STDs are spread through the skin and it should be hypoallergenic and not cause irritation. because it would go into the vagina and urethra and may cause irritation and urinary tract infections. iif they could do that I'd be all for it.

A topical cream would not help because the virus is inside your body. It shows on your skin, but it is in your system. You can not kill the virus this way.
